This business is completely dishonest! They sold me a defective part, and I even showed them the mechanic's diagnostic and some photos. Autobuffy then hit me with a $25 return shipping fee and wouldn’t give me my money back. When I tried to confirm my order, their customer service just hung up on me and hasn’t replied to my emails! I’m done ordering from them! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

This place is a total scam. I ordered engine mounts for my vehicle and ended up with the wrong ones, which I sent back. They got the parts on January 4, and here we are on January 13, and I still haven't heard a peep from them. It took me over a week of back-and-forth emails just to get the green light to return the items. The last message I received asked for a picture of the tracking number and mentioned it would take 3-4 days to process. Then, they plan to hold my refund for a whopping 90 days. Seriously, STAY AWAY! This place is a complete joke.

My car was bouncing all over the place. The rear air shocks were shot, so I started searching online for a budget-friendly option. These shocks stood out as the best deal I could find. Most other shock sets I came across were priced well over $200, but I snagged these for a lot less, and the quality is impressive. They arrived pretty fast too. I can't recommend these enough for anyone in need of a solid replacement.

The prices and products are decent. They claim to ship quickly like Amazon, but that’s just not the case. I’ve placed multiple orders, and not once did they ship on the date promised during checkout. It’s always 2-5 days late, without fail.
Moreover, the site is pretty slow and a bit of a hassle to navigate. After you order something, if you want to keep shopping, you have to input your vehicle details again. It’s the same deal if you change the category of parts. To top it off, the dashboard that’s meant to track your orders and their status is completely useless.
